R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the owners of the Walker Estate have donated a
1 .67 acre tract of land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof for right of way purposes for the extension
of Chinn Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said right of way and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said right of way is necessary and desirable and that same should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said 1 .67 acre tract of land donated by the owners of the
Walker Estate to the City of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

CHINN LANE EXTENSION
PARCEL 1 - WALKER TRACT
The following description is of a 1.67-acre parcel of land located in
tract 61 of City of Beaumont Plat RS-5 out of the D. Vaslev League,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas and being more particuiarly described
as follows:
REGINNING at a bronze pin encased in concrete, said pin baing the inter-
section of the projected east line of Walker Road with the projected south
iine of Chinn Lane as recorded on the plat of Bel Air Addition located in
the W. B. Dychess League, said plat being recorded in Volume 3, Page 38
of the Map Records, Jefferson County, Texas;
THENCE South along the east line of Walker Road a distance of 90.51 i2et
to a point for corner;
THENCE West a distance of 60.00 feet to a point for corner, with said point
lying on the west line of Walker Road, and said point being the PLACE OF
BEGINNING;
