R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Evangeline Meadow, Unit II,
Lots 11 through 17, Block 2, the same being Northmeadow Drive from
Meadowridge east approximately 421 feet to end , Lots 18 through 34,
Block 4, the same being Wildeme adow Drive from Northmeadow Drive to
Meadowbend Drive, Lots 4 through 14, Block 5, the same being
Meadowridge from Northmeadow Drive south to Meadowbend, Lots 1
through 17, Block 6 , the same being Meadowbend Drive from
Meadowridge Drive eastward approximately 780 feet to end, has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving
improvements; and,
WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
in Evangeline Meadow , Unit II, as above described be, and the
same are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
