WHEREAS, the developer of Evangeline Meadows, Unit II the
same being Blk. 5, Lots 15-28 and Blk. 7, Lots 1-8, the same being
Meadowridge Drive from Manion Drive north approximately 574 ft,
Crossmeadow Drive from Meadowridge Drive to Manion Drive has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving
improvements; and,
WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
in the Evangeline Meadows, Unit II, as above described be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
