HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 81-133 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West, Unit XX, Blk. 32, Lots 27-29 and Blk. 33, Lots 21-23, the same being Westgate beginning at Lot 21 and extending westward approximately 280 ft. to the end of Lot 23, Blk. 33 has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving improvements; and, WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West, Unit XXI, Lots 11-17 , Blk. 2; Lots 18-34, Blk. 4; Lots 1-28, Blk. 5; Lots 1-17 , Blk. 6; and Lots 1-8, Blk. 7, the same being Galway Drive beginning at Lot 11, Blk. 36 and extending south approximately 935 ft. to the end of Lot 29, Blk. 33, Limerock from Galway eastward approx. 862 ft. to the end of Lot 20, Blk. 36, Shanahan Drive from Galway eastward approx. 734 ft. to end of Lot 9, Blk. 35, Glen Willow Drive from Galway eastward approx. 641 ft. to end of Lot 24, Blk. 33, has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving improvements; and, WHEREAS, the developer of said additions desires to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements at Dowlen West, Unit XX and Unit XXI, as above described be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
