HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 81-22 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the purchase of five parcels of right-of-way needed for the Spur 380- Lamar Freeway Project (720-183-475) ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT Parcels 125, 126, 127, 128, and 129 as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and maded a part hereof are hereby authorized.
