WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of five parcels of right-of-way needed for the Spur 380-
Lamar Freeway Project (720-183-475) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Parcels 125, 126, 127, 128, and 129 as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and maded a part hereof are hereby
authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

Being 1. 1220 acres of land, more or less, and being all of that
certain 1. 1220 acre tract in the David Brown League, Abstract
No. 5, in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which
said 1. 1220 acre tract was conveyed to Howard J. Schindler by
Deed dated January 1, 1963 and recorded in Volume 1342 , Page 569 ,
