R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Park Meadows Addition,
Unit V, Lots 3 and 4, the same being Glen Meadow Lane beginning at
Lot 4 , Block 3 and continuing west approximately 642 ft. to end of
Lot 3 , Block 4 ; Sun Meadow Drive from Glen Meadow Lane South
approx. 1076 ft. to its intersection with Manion Drive, has
completed the paving improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the developer of Park Meadows Addition, Unit V,
Lots 3 and 4, Blk. 2 ; Lots 4 , 5 and 6 , Block 3 ; Lots 1, 2 and 3 ,
Block 4 has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer; and,
WHEREAS the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
in the Park Meadows Addition, Unit V, as above described be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
