ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A FINANCIAL PLANNING AND BROKERAGE OFFICE IN AN EXISTING RESIDENCE IN AN RM-H (RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING- HIGHEST DENSITY) DISTRICT AT 4184 TREADWAY AT COLLIER ROAD INTERSECTION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Beaumont desires to issue a Specific Use Permit to Tim C. Satre, to allow a financial planning and brokerage office in an existing residence in an RM-H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling-Highest Density) District located at 4184 Treadway at Collier Road intersection, being Tax Roll Tract No. 109, Plat D-22, F. Bigner Survey, Ab-1, said Tr. 109 being out of Block 1 of the Harvey Collier Addition containing 0.92 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter described conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 1. That all conditions necessary for issuance of a specific use permit have been met and a specific use permit to allow a financial planning and brokerage office in an existing residence in an RM-H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling-Highest Density) District, at 4184 Treadway at Collier Road intersection as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas is hereby granted to Tim C. Satre, his legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 2. That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 3. Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property hereinabove described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable regulations contained in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as amended.
