WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 4513: 44 square feet out of Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10,
Block 1 of the Cousins Addition
(2412 Delaware Street)
Appraised Value: $100.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
Total Compensation $100.00
Owner: Salim Makdsi, Individually and as
Independent Executor of the Estate of
Christine Makdsi, Deceased
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
