BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base wages of the City Manager, Ray Riley, and the City Attorney, Lane Nichols
are hereby increased 3%. A contribution of$7,500.00 for the City Manager, Ray Riley,
and $5,000.00 for the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, is made as deferred compensation.
The City Manager, Ray Riley, is also provided with 160 hours of additional personal leave.
These compensation changes become effective as of October 1, 1998.
