BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the execution of an annual contract with a one
(1) year option to extend beginning January 1, 1998 with Beaumont Products and
Services, Inc. (BPS)for basic grounds maintenance services at City facilities and specified
areas with Beaumont's Central Business District (CBD). The contract is in the amount of
$8,560.00 per month.
