BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase
of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of dirt from Allco, Inc. in the amount of $16.83
per 12 cubic yard truck load, total estimated expenditure to be $35,000, to be
delivered to the Beaumont Landfill located on Lafin Drive and stock piled for use as
final cover material.
