BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute contract extensions
for an additional thirty (30) days with Southeast Texas Community Development
Corporation (SETCDC), contract being for the expenditure of funds related to the City's
1995 HOME Grant Program, and the Statewide Consolidated Community Development
Corporation (SCCDC), contract being for the expenditure of funds related to the City's
1996 HOME Grant Program, for purposes of audit deadlines only.
