BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute the extension of the
contract with the Statewide Consolidated Community Development Corporation (SCCDC)
for the expenditure of funds related to the City's 1996 HOME Grant Program which
provides assistance for the purchase of newly constructed homes in the Charlton Pollard
neighborhood.
