WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) diesel engine six (6)
passenger truck for the Clean Community Division; and,
WHEREAS, Buddy Chevrolet, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$23,230; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Buddy
Chevrolet, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Buddy Chevrolet in the amount of$23,230 for the purchase of
one (1) diesel engine six (6) passenger truck for the Clean Community Division be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
