BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $200 from The Mount
Gilead Baptist Church as full and final payment for weed liens against the properties
described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. The City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release
of the weed liens.
