WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 to State Highway 124 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 61: 0.0169 acre out of Charles Williams League
(Southwest corner of Washington Boulevard and South Major Drive)
Appraised Value: $100.00
