RESOLUTION NO. �
WHEREAS, on Monday, September 16, 1996, bids were received for the purchase
of various sized water pipe and fittings required to provide water services to the new
federal prison facility on West Port Arthur Road; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply Company submitted a bid in the amount of $17,988.60
for water pipe and fittings as shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply
should be accepted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply in the amount of $17,988.60 for water pipe and
fittings as shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
