RESOLUTION NO. 961
WHEREAS, on July 15, 1996, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, and supervision to remove and dispose of asbestos materials from the vacant
White House Building located at 720 Orleans; and,
WHEREAS, Marcor Environmental West, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$76,016.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Marcor
Environmental West, Inc. should be accepted;
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Marcor Environmental West, Inc. for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment, and supervision to remove and dispose of asbestos materials from
the vacant White House Building located at 720 Orleans in the amount of$76,016.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
