RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on November 21, 1995, City Council awarded a contract to Allco, Inc.
for sanitary sewer improvements to the 23rd Street Interceptor in the amount of
$1,449,636.66; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being requested to adjust quantities of unit price
bid items to provide for extending the length of the 30" peak flow force main, approximately
4,119 linear feet including boring, casing, fittings, necessary appurtenances, and
incidental construction in the amount of$351,559.57;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with Allco, Inc. in the amount of$351,559.57.
