WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract for mowing developed
and vacant properties one (1) acre or greater in size; and,
WHEREAS, American Remediation Options submitted a bid in the amount of
$0.00109 per square foot for both developed and vacant property; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by American
Remediation Options should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by American Remediation Options for an annual contract for
mowing developed and vacant properties one (1) acre or greater in size in the amount of
$0.00109 per square foot for both developed and vacant property be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
