BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of an upgrade to the AS/400 for
Management Information Systems (MIS) Division in the amount of$77,702 from the IBM
Corporation. This purchase is exempt from competitive bidding because it is available
from only one source due to copyrights. Funds for the purchase are available in the
Capital Reserve Fund.
