WHEREAS, on Monday, March 11, 1996 sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing, full circle clamps and other water
materials that will be utilized by the Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division;
and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above-mentioned companies for an annual contract for
couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing, full circle clamps and other water materials that
will be utilized by the Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division in the
amounts listed above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
