BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet Suburbans
through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount of $63,602.
The Purchase Program satisfies the State law requiring competitive bids. Funds for the
purchase are available in the Capital Reserve Fund.
