WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition for improvements
on property previously acquired for the FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State
Highway 124 project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following improvements on the property previously acquired for
the FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 project be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 43: Improvements on a 0.773 of an acre out of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7 of
Wescalder Fig Acres Addition (2050 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value (Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.) $91,000.00
Less Improvements Retained: 3.00
Total Compensation $90,997.00
