BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute deeds to Texas
Commerce Bank as required by contract between the City of Beaumont and Texas
Commerce Bank authorized by Resolution No. 95-304 dated November 7, 1995.
Execution of these deeds, if done before the date of this resolution, is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the day
of 11996.
