WHEREAS, on April 18, 1995, City enacted Resolution No. 95-114 to grant a ten
(10) year lease agreement with St. Anne Tri-Parish School for use of Gilbert Park during
the school months; and,
WHEREAS, the agreement was never signed by the Resident Bishop of the Roman
Catholic Diocese of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to rescind the offer of a ten (10) year lease agreement
to St. Anne Tri-Parish School for use of Gilbert Park;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Resolution 95-114 offering a ten (10) year lease agreement to St. Anne Tri-
Parish School for use of Gilbert Park during the school months be and the same is hereby
repealed and rescinded.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
