WHEREAS, on Monday, December 18, 1995, bids were received for the purchase
of various sized water pipe and fittings required to provide water service to the new federal
prison facility on West Port Arthur Road; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe & Water submitted a bid in the amount of
$154,057.00 for water pipe and fittings as shown below:

Pipe & Water should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangel Pipe & Water in the amount of$154,057.00
for water pipe and fittings as shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
