WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Lot 10, Block 1: Bowers, Hill and Thompson
Addition

Appraised Value: $2,500.00
Owner: United Investment Group
