WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-way project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: 20,989 square feet out of Lots
3, 4 and part of Lot 5, Block 27,
McFaddin Heights Addition
(2270 Gulf Street)
Appraised Value: $58,000.00
Less Improvements Retained: - 201.00
Total Compensation: $57,799.00 Total Compensation
