WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition and removal of three structures
located at 4400 Detroit; and,
WHEREAS, Gissco submitted a bid in the amount of $18,000.00; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gissco for the
demolition and removal of three structures located at 4400 Detroit in the amount of $18,000.00
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gissco in the amount of $18,000.00 for the demolition and removal
of three structures located at 4400 Detroit be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the l '"- day of
