WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
FM 364 1Major Drive Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
FM 364/Major Drive Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 22: 0.099 acre out of Lot 1, Block 2 of Willow Creek One Subdivision
(8395 Willow Bend Drive)
Negotiated Value: $129,025.00 Four unit townhomes, landscaping walks and drives
$ 8,200.00 Brick Fence
$137,225.00
- $ 1,000.00 Less Improvements Retained - Four Unit Townhomes
