THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of $2,330.04, including penalties and interest, against Lots 27 and 28, Block 11
of the Lamar Subdivision, owned by Joseph Endari. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed liens
against Lots 27 and 28, Block 11 of the Lamar Subdivision.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the -:AW day of
1998.
