RESOLUTION NO. 03-239
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council pursuant to the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 26.09, hereby
approves the Grand Recap of the tax roll for the tax year 2003 (Fiscal Year 2004 with a
taxable value of$4,183,262,826.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
October, 2003.
