ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE EAST 3 FEET OF A 20 FOOT WIDE
GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT LYING
ALONG THE REAR LINES OF LOTS 30-35,
BLOCK 3, MEADOWLANDS ADDITION,
SECTION ONE, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the east 3 feet of a 20 foot wide general utility easement lying along the rear lines of
Lots 30-35, Block 3, Meadowlands Addition, Section One, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
