C=) cr) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT Finis Street adjacent to Blocks 3 and 8 , Neches River Park Addition, Herring Street north of Buford Street, and the three ( 3 ) alleys located within Blocks 3 and 8, Neches River Park Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, subject to the dedication by the Port of Beaumont of an easement for storm sewer purposes, a copy of which proposed easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" , and that title to such abandoned property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law. The purpose of this easement is to provide the City with access to an existing sixty-inch (60") storm sewer pipe. The easement herein granted shall be used for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, repairing and maintaining drainage ditches and/or drainage lines all upon the condition that at all times after performing any work in connection with said easement, the City of Beaumont or its agents, will restore the premises used in connection with the construction of the drainage facility to the original condition in which it was found before such work was undertaken, and the following rights are also conveyed; aYt is ex ressl p y understood and agreed that the City shall have the right of in to and egress from the tract of land her einbefore described and use the same for the purposes aforesaid, and giving said City the right and privilege to improve, maintain and operate the same as permitted by law.
