WHEREAS, Gateway Senior Housing, LTD., has agreed to convey two (2)ten (10)
foot wide water line easements, as described below and on Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
for the purpose of providing access for fire prevention services:
• Lots 1 - 12 Block 33A
College Acres Extension Addition
• Lots 11 and 12, Block 32A
College Acres Extension Addition
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easements conveyed by the above-named property owner be and the same are
hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
August, 2003.
