PLACE, MAUIMT, JEFFEaSOP COUHTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on August 14, 1934, City Council approved
ordinance 34-100 issuing a Specific Use Permit for Drofes :ion al
offices for the property describel in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all Durposes; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant, W. T. Little, wishes to expsM
the number of uses allowed by the zoning ordinance to include all
Chi the various uses per m.' ttei under AR-H (aesidential
Nulti-Family Dwelling - Highest Density) with a Specific Use
Permit excluding temporary batching plans and cemetery operations
in development;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Beaumont considered the issuance of an amendel specific us&
permit to expand the existing specific use permit for
professional offices in Dowl Plaza at Dowlen Mad and
Vellington Place, Beaumont, jefferson County, Texas, to W. T.
Little, property owner, his legal representatives, successors ,,,
and assigns for that certain property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that th,,'
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the
City of beaumont ana its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;

11011, THEREFORE, BE 1T OnDAIPED BY THE
CITY OF 3EAUKONT:
Section 1 .
THAT Ordinance 34-100 be amended by amending the Specific Use
Permit to expand the existing Specific Use Permit for
professional offices on the above-described property to incluCe
the following as permitted land uses:
Personal Services: SIC 17215, 722 , 723 and 724
Amusement and Recreation Services: SIC 17997 W 7S99
Health Services: SIC 0305 , 506 , 007, 300 anO 30✓
Social Services: SIC 1832 , 333, 835 and 839
Auseums: SIC 104
aembership organization: SIC 1361 , 365 and 366
Niscellaneous: SIC 539
Section 2.
That all conditions necessary for issuance of an
amended specific use permit to exDand the existing specific use
permit for professional offices to the a5ave-t;escribei property
in Deaumont, jafferson County, Texas, in accordance with Section
30-26 and Section 30-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Beaumont, as amended, an& is hereby granted, as amonded, to 0. T.
Little, property owner, his legal representatives, successors and
assigns, for that certain tract describe O on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto an& made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 3.
Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use
of the orogerty hereinabove described shall he in all other
respects, subject to all of the applicable regulations contained
in Ordinance 84-100 and the regulations contained in Chaoter 30
