One ordinance would change the zoning from RS
(Residential--Single Family) to RjM-(Residential Multiple
Family-Highest Density) for about 4. 68 acres between the
Shell Plant Farm at 2705 N. 10th Street and the 11th Street
Nursery at 2680 N. llth Street .
The specific use permit being sought in connection with the
change would allow the property to be used for growing
nursery stock, bedding plants and trees to be sold through
the 11th Street Nursery.
Both the Planning Division staff and the Planning Commission
recommend approval .
