ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE WESTERN 250 FEET OF A 20-FOOT ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 12, CALDER ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING FOR RETENTION AS A UTILITY EASEMENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the western 250 feet of a 20-foot alley located in Block 12, Calder Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property, other than the rights retained herein, shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; providing, however, that the hereinabove described tract of land is expressly retained by the City of Beaumont as an easement for general utility, ; pur ease only.
