ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A REALTORS OFFICE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6095 STATE HIGHWAY 105.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit to
establish a realtors office on property located at 6095 State Highway
105, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, to Hugh R. Clubb, property
owner, his legal representatives, successors, and assigns for that
certain property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That all conditions necessary for issuance of a specific
use permit have been met and a specific use permit to establish a
realtors office on property located at 6095 State Highway 105,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, in accordance with Section 30-26
and Section 30-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont,
as amended, is hereby granted to Hugh R. Clubb, property owner, his
legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
Section 2 .
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly
issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the
site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
Section 3 .
Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of
the property hereinabove described shall be in all other respects
subject to all of the applicable regulations contained in Chapter 30
of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as amended.

Field note description of a 1. 880 acre tract of land, more
or less, out of and a part of the William Dyches League,
Abstract Number 17 in Jefferson County, Texas , same being
that tract of land conveyed to Newton Henry Bailey and
Muriel Bailey in deed of trust recorded in Volume 635 ,
Page 463 of the Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas .
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod for the northeast corner
of this tract, being in the south line of State Highway 105;
THENCE South 00 15858" East with the east line of this tract
a distance of 485 . 73 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the
southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 89 021' 49" West with the south line of this tract
a distance of 168. 98 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the
southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 00 159 ' 47" West with the west line of this tract
a distance of 484. 12 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the
northwest corner of this tract and being in the south line
of State Highway 105;
THENCE North 88°49102" East with the north line of this tract
and the south line of said Highway a distance of 169 . 09 feet
to -the place of BEGINNING .
Said tract of land herein described contains 1 . 880 acres of
land, more or less .
