BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT A 15-foot utility easement, located between Lots 3 and 4 , Block 4 , Executive Business Plaza, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same are hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
