ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICES IN AN RM-H (RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE DWELLING - HIGH DENSITY) DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND ON DOWLEN ROAD NORTH OF GLADYS. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit for professional offices in an RM-H (Residential Multiple Dwelling - High Density) District on a 3. 21 acre tract out of the H. Williams League located 0. 4 miles north of Gladys on the west side of Dowlen Road to H. D. Iles and Ed Snowden, their successors, and assigns for that certain property hereinafter described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter described conditions; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the specific use is designed to meet the conditions of Section 30-26(e) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 1. That a specific use permit for professional offices in an RM-H (Residential Multiple Dwelling -High Density) District, in accordance with Section 30-26 and Section 30-40, as amended, be granted to H. D. Iles and Ed Snowden, their successors and assigns, for that certain tract described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 2. That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of 7/'� -�1/'"r,Z1 . Grant Nichols, Jr. , Trustee, vs. Ruthie P. Dowlen, et al, in the H. Williams Lague, Abstract No. 56, Beauucnt, Jefferson County, Texas, and being out of a 14.66 acre tract of land that was previously conveyed to H.
