ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO BUILD
PROFESSIONAL OFFICES IN AN RM-H
(RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE DWELLING - HIGH
DENSITY) DISTRICT ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED
AS 7.0 ACRES LOCATED IN THE 3500 BLOCK
OF DELAWARE AVENUE, BEAUMONT, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit for the
purpose of building professional offices in an RM-H (Residential
Multiple Dwelling - High Density) District to Carl Kohler, engineer
for applicant, its heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns,
for that certain property hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
That a specific use permit to build professional offices in
accordance with Section 30-26 and Section 30-40, as amended, be
granted to Carl Kohler, engineer for applicant, its heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns for that certain property
described as 7.0 acres located in the 3500 Block of Delaware Avenue,
Beaumont, Texas and more fully described as follows:
Being a 7.0 acre tract of land out of
Lots 3 and 8 of Block 6 of the French
Subdivision, as said subdivision is
recorded in Vol. 3 Page 227 and 228 of
the Map Records of Jefferson County,
Texas and said 7.0 acre tract of land
being all of said Lot 3 and the west
202.85 feet of Lot 8 of Block 6 in said
French Subdivision.
Section 2.
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly
issued for and in accordance with each particular and detail of the
site plan .attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for
all purposes.
