10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AND A 22.5
FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN
LOT 22, BLOCK 17, OF THE CALDER PLACE
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain utility and drainage easement
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and depicted on the plat in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a
part hereof, be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned
and that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 4&!�_ 1980.

BEING a tract of land out of a part of Lots 21 & 22, Block 7,
Calder Place Addition to the City of Beaumont, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows:
GINNING at a point on the crest line of Lot 21, Block 7, Calder
Plate Addition said point being located 10.0 feet North of the
Cmz= Writ corner of Lots 21 & 22, Block 7, of said Calder Place
Addition;
THENCE East parallel to and 10 feet North of the South line of
Lot 21, Block 7 a distance of 15.5 feat to the POINT OF' BEGINWM
of the tract herein described;
THENCE continuing East a distance of 17 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South parallel with and 32.5 feet East of the %lest line
of Lots 21 & 22, Block 7 a distance of 87.9 feet to a point for
corner, said paint being 2.1 feet North of the South line of Lot 22
Block 7, Calder Place Addition;
THENCE West parallel to and 2.1 feet North of the South line
of said Lot 22, Block 7 a distance of 17.0 feet to a point for ;7--
corner;
THENCE North parallel to and 15.5 feet East of the West line of
Lots 21 & 22, Block 7 a distance of 87.9 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the tract herein described.
