LANGHAM ESTATE SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT that certain drainage easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and further described on the plat depicted in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto as provided by law. H. Langham Estate Subdvision, Charles Williams Survey August 29, 1980 That certain twenty (20) foot wide right-of-way described as containing 0.2375 acres out of Lots 1 and 2, Block E, T. H. Langham Estate Subdivision, a plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 181, Jefferson County Map Records; said twenty (20) foot wide right-of-way also being the most northerly twenty (20) feet of a 1.025 acre tract conveyed to the City of Beaumont from Marie Weir et al by deed dated Janurary 10, 1959 , recorded in Volume 1146, Page 338, J.C.D.R. ; said twenty foot wide right-of-way being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows : COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 1 of Block E, T. H. Langham Estate Subdvision at the intersection of the west line of Langham Road and north line of the Southern Pacific Railroad 100-foot right-of-way; THENCE North 010 48' West along the east line of said Lot 1 and the said west line of Langham Road, a distance of 40.23 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 820 14' West along the north line of the said 1.025 acre tract, a distance of 122.35 feet. THENCE South 820 14 ' West, paralell to the north line of the said Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; a distance of 519.68 feet to a point for corner; said point also being the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block E, T.N. Langham Estate Subdvision and the southeast corner of Sherwood Forest Unit 2, a plat recorded in Volume 9 , Page 113, J.C.M.R. ; THENCE North 000 17' West along the west line of said Lot 2 and the east line of said Sherwood Forest Unit 2, a distance of 20.34 feet to a point for corner; and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract described herein; THENCE continuing north 000 17' east along the west line of the herein described tract a distance of 20.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 820 14' East along the north line of the said 1.025 acre tract conveyed to the City of Beaumont, a distance of 514.43 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 070 46' East, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 820 14' 00" west a distance of 514.43 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.2375 acres of land, more or less.
