HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 80-53 m R ORDINANCE NO. _) ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR A MOBILF HOME PARK DEVELOPMENT FOR A 3. 95 ACRE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A "PRELIMINARY PLAT" ; PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF A DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS COVERING THE 3. 95 ACRE TRACT. WHEREAS, on March 17, 1980, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Beaumont recommended the issuance of a specific use permit for a mobile-home park development to Abolfazl Baradar, and his heirs, representa- tives, successors, and assigns, for that certain 3. 95 acre tract of land hereinafter described; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter described conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 1. That a specific use permit for a mobilthome park development in accordance with Section 30-20 and Section 30-30, as amended, be granted to Abolfazl Baradar, and his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain 3. 95 acre tract of land, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. Section 2. That this specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in accordance with that certain "Preliminary Plat" for Mobile Manor Mobile-Home Park, Beaumont, Texas, dated September 4, 1979, which "Preliminary Plat" is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
