WHEREAS, Magnolia Enterprise Partners, LTD. has conveyed a ten foot(110')water
line easement, as described below and on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the purpose of
providing access for fire prevention services:
• 0.1545 acre tract out of the Wesley B. Dyches Survey, Abstract 17
Located across Magnolia Enterprises' property at 10295 Eastex
Freeway (previous Girl's Haven)
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance
and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement conveyed by the above-named property owner be and the same are
hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of July,
2003.
