ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR AN OFFICE
PARK DEVELOPMENT ON A 1.5 ACRE TRACT
HEREIN DESCRIBED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A
"PLAT PLAN" .
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1981, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Beaumont recommended the issuance of a
specific use permit for a professional office development to Mark
Whiteley , and his heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns,
for that certain 1.5 acre tract of land hereinafter described;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of
the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter
described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That a specific use permit for a professional office
park development in accordance with Section 30-26 and Section
30-40, as amended, be granted to Mark Whiteley, his heirs,
legal representatives, successors and assigns for that
certain 1.5 acre tract of land, more particularly described as
follows: Lot D, Block 36, Dowlen West (Unit XIX) Addition to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
Section 2.
That this specific use permit herein granted is
expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and
detail of "Plat Plan" that certain for "Barley Professional
Complex" Beaumont, Texas, dated April 6 , 1981, which "Plat Plan"
is attached hereto as "Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all
purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
