WHEREAS bids were received for a contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and supplies necessary to construct signs for the Texas Energy Museum and
the Art Museum of Southeast Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco Construction Company, Inc., Lumberton, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount of$30,304; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
Construction Company, Inc., Lumberton, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$30,304 submitted by Cleveco Construction Company, Inc.,
Lumberton, Texas, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary
to construct signs forthe Texas Energy Museum and the Art Museum of Southeast Texas,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of June,
2003.
