BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute an agreement between the City
of Beaumont and the City of Port Arthurfor providing mutual aid as may be requested by the
City of Port Arthur for emergency conditions as defined by the Texas Disaster Act of 1975.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 301h day of July,
2002.
